Naomi MAE is a Counsel in ORION I.P.O’s Sagamihara office. Her practice focuses on Patent prosecution, Opposition, Patent Infringement opinion, Patentability opinion, Freedom-to-operate analysis and Due diligence in the areas of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. In addition, she has extensive experience of litigation and license.
She has extensive experience in various fields including molecular biology, cell culturing, diagnostics,
antibodies, polypeptides, vaccines, drug delivery system, nucleic acid probes, pharmaceutical compounds and pharmaceutical
composition with new medical use.
