Zen TATSUMURA is a consultant attorney in ORION I.P.O’s Sagamihara office. He has worked in a variety of cases, including suits concerning Patent infringement, Trade secrets, Unfair competition, Copyright, M & A, Due diligence, license and the like. In the patent field, he has litigated in a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, software, semiconductor fabrication tools, and chemical composition.

He has also served on the faculty for numerous University programs in Waseda University and Chuo University. His other legal experience includes as an in-house counsel in IBM Japan and 12 years as an associate and a partner of International large firm in Tokyo.
